macritchie treetop walk

whats more productive other than spending your day with a bunch of friends out in the forest or rather in a jungle HAHAHA . so i heard, and also saw from quite a number of my friends' social media, that macritchie treetop is a very nice and refreshing place to go for a walk and do some exercises .
so, we planned to go on the 30th of October, which was yesterday . we met as early as 7;15am but as usual, i was late haha :"b . we had breakfast at hougang mall and was finally able to start leaving for macritchie after getting myself and my sister with daphne a bottle of mineral water each from the ntuc nearby LOL . and we went on using the bus 165 to get us to our destination which took a loooooongggggg time . when we finally reached the destination, we walked to the entrance of the treetop walk, thankfully, we have adeline whom has went to experience the treetop walk with her sister before to guide us through the smooth journey YAY :) the road up was pretty tiring and requires a huge amount of bodywork . after we walked for an hour, we were finally reaching the top of the treetop walk . when we finally was there, there were quite a number of monkeys which was pretty annoying and scared the shit out of me . HAHA i admit that i am quite timid HAHA. but still the view up there was very satisfying and spectacular.

however, it was quite hard for one to enjoy the view there with those playful monkeys. it was because the long bridge up there was really narrow and the monkeys would be getting by through the handrail and i finds it very hard to endure them being so close to me and worried that they might jump on to me or grab my bag anytime . i ended up being so nervous that i doubt myself from walking to the end of the bridge. but, thankfully i wasnt alone at that time, i had adeline with me and she protected me and also comforted me which finally brought myself to the end of the bridge . WOOHOO
we ended up spending a long time to get ourselves out of the macritchie treetop walk, but eventually found a way out YAY !!

so now, i can proudly claim that i completed the macritchie treetop walk and walked as much as 10km in a day HAHA, dont you agree that its a really productive day??? YAY it has always been said that things are best done with a whole group of friends and i really do agree, i doubt i would even be able to complete this walk by myself HAHAHAHAHA
